元宇宙简单理解其实就是用VR和体感设备玩游戏。只是这个游戏有几个特殊的地方：
The Yuan cosmos simply understands that it's playing games with VRs and physical devices. It's just that there's a few special things about this game:
第一个是永续。游戏一旦开始，永远不会结束。现在的网络游戏都有游戏公司运营，一旦游戏关闭服务器，游戏就停了，但元宇宙会以某种开源的形式无限期运行。
The first one is permanent. Once the game starts, it never ends. Now all the online games are run by a game company, and once the game closes the server, the game stops, but the meta-cosm will run indefinitely in some kind of open source.
第二个是有闭环的经济系统。玩家可以在游戏里赚钱，甚至把游戏币换成现实货币。
The second is a closed-ring economic system. Players can make money in the game and even exchange the game currency for the real currency.
第三个是拟真。是另一个世界的另一个你，带上VR你就以另一个身份在另一个世界生活。
The third is truth. It's the other one in the other world, you take VR and you live in the other.
实际上，现在大家在吹的元宇宙就是戴上VR玩游戏，但资本对它的想象力却不是游戏，而是“虚拟世界”，大家一戴上某种设备，或者插上脑机接口就能真正的生活在另一个世界。
In fact, the meta-cosmos that you're playing with is a VR, but the imagination of capital is not a game, but a “virtual world”, where you can really live in another world with some kind of device or a brain interface.
甚至你的身体死了，但你的意识依然能在这个虚拟世界里生活，也就是说你依然以另一种形式活着。
Even your body is dead, but your consciousness can still live in this virtual world, which means you're still alive in another form.
这个东西在科幻电影里我确实看过，未来某一天可能确实能实现，但至少最近20年是不可能的。
I did see this one in a science fiction movie, and one day it might actually happen, but it's not possible for the last 20 years at least.
所以要认清一个现实，“元宇宙”现在只是炒概念，离真正落地还有十万八千里。
So in order to understand the reality, the Yuan cosmos is now just a wild concept, 10,000 miles from the real landing.

概念股和赛道股的操作思路完全不同。
The concept unit and the track unit operate differently.
赛道股是业绩驱动，可以走出长牛趋势，所以适合长持。而概念股，靠的是情绪推动，短期爆发力很强，但持续性很弱，。
The track unit is performance-driven, able to move out of the cow trend, so it is suitable for sustainability. The concept unit, which is emotional, has a strong short-term outbreak, but has a weak continuity.
我认为概念题材并不是什么牛鬼蛇神，炒的好的话，赚钱速度也是极快的，比如去年7月份那波光启技术、西藏药业、英特集团、君正集团，走势相当夸张。
