中国人民银行（央行）和国家外汇管理局（外汇局）近期密集谈话、调研比特币交易所，通过比特币变相换汇的话题重回公众视野。

1月6日，中国人民银行及其上海总部分别在北京和上海约谈了三家比特币交易所，让其针对近期异常情况开展自查，并进行相应清理整顿。此外，上述交易所中的一位参与约谈的管理人员向澎湃新闻证实，当日外汇局也调研了自己的平台，主要为问询通过比特币突破外汇管制的路径。
On 6 January, the People’s Bank of China and its Shanghai headquarters interviewed three Bitcoin exchanges in Beijing and Shanghai, respectively, to allow them to conduct self-censorship of recent anomalies and clean up and correct them accordingly. In addition, one of the managers of the aforementioned exchanges confirmed to the news that the Foreign Exchange Bureau had also studied its own platform on that day, mainly in order to ask questions about ways to break through Bitcoin’s foreign exchange controls.
