元宇宙火热，百度倾力入局。自近期宣布元宇宙App希壤内测以来，百度频频“透剧”为其增加热度。

12月21日，百度宣布正式开放元宇宙App希壤定向内测。根据官网介绍，希壤世界由无线连接的虚拟空间组成，每个虚拟空间都是一座独一无二的数字都市，商家或合作伙伴能够借助希壤App打造独家专属的品牌世界。

多位用户体验发现，创建虚拟角色、多场景移动、实时对话及社交等其他活动，这些在元宇宙里被提及的东西，在希壤里都有。但整体上，目前版本呈现出的景象还是非常初级。

显然，还不成熟的希壤承担着帮百度卖广告的重任。希壤官网列举了一些具体应用场景，包括了VR教育、VR营销、VR云展会、VR实训、VR产业园，落地重心放在B端业务上。

曝出大裁员，会波及元宇宙吗？
纵观百度近几年的发展，它在包括社交、电商、游戏、本地生活等领域都有过投入，但每次的结局都是起大早赶晚集。
