上海交易所國際交流合作中心（以下簡稱交流中心）成立於2018年12月25日，由上海證券交易所、深圳證券交易所、上海證券交易所公益基金會共同舉辦，並於2019年6月上海市第十一屆“陸家嘴論壇”期間揭牌。交流中心在上海市社會團體管理局註冊登記。
The Shanghai Exchange International Exchange Cooperation Centre (hereinafter referred to as the Exchange Centre) was established on 25 December 2018 and co-sponsored by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the Shanghai Stock Exchange Public Interest Fund, and was inaugurated in June 2019 during the eleventh session of the Shanghai City Forum for Indigenous Expressions. The Exchange Centre is registered with the Shanghai City Social Organizations Administration.
交流中心的成立旨在支援上海國際金融中心建設，發揮資本市場服務“一帶一路”建設的積極作用。交流中心的工作宗旨是通過推動國際範圍內交易所及相關機構開展溝通交流、資訊共用，促進交易所之間的務實合作。交流中心的業務範圍是開展與交易所及資本市場發展相關的研討交流、課題研究活動，提供與資本市場發展相關的資訊與培訓服務。交流中心設理事會和監事會，決策機構為理事會。理事7人，其中理事長1人，副理事長1人。監事3人，其中監事長1人。
The Centre was set up to support the establishment of an international financial centre in Shanghai and to develop a “one-way” of capital market services. The purpose of the centre is to promote inter-exchange and information-sharing and cooperation between international internal exchanges and related institutions. The centre’s business area is to develop research and exchange, curricular and research activities related to the development of the exchange and capital market, and to provide information and training services related to the development of the capital market. The centre’s board and board of directors, whose decision-making body is the board. Seven members, one of whom is a director and one of whom is a vice-president.
