[PConline Information] Recently, Bitcoin China, one of the country’s three major Bitcoin exchanges, announced in its official micro-mail bulletin that it would stop doing business at 12 noon Beijing time on October 30th, calling on users to do so as soon as possible. Meanwhile, in accordance with the relevant laws, such as the Anti-Money Laundering Act, and my management requirements, users need to complete video certification.
此外，比特币中国还在公告中表示，其矿池（国池）等业务将不受此影响，继续正常运营。
In addition, Bitcoin China stated in its bulletin that its operations such as ponds (national ponds) would remain unaffected and would continue to operate normally.
比特币中国已在此前的9月27日中午12时关闭数字资产和人民币充值功能，在9月30日中午12时关闭所有交易功能。总部位于北京的国内另外两家大型比特币交易所火币网和OKCoin币行则将在10月31日前停止所有数字资产兑人民币的交易业务，其资金、资产的清退工作也正在开展中。
By 12 noon on September 27, Bitcoin had closed down the digital asset and renminbi charge function, and all transactional functions were closed at 12 noon on September 30. Two other large Bitcoin exchange gunnets and OKCoin lines in the country, based in Beijing, will cease trading operations on all digital assets against the renminbi by October 31, and their funds and assets are in the process of being repatriated.

In keeping with the spirit of the Proclamation on the Prevention of the Risk of Financing the Distribution of Congregations, issued on 4 September by seven ministries, including the People's Bank of China, and in response to State supervision, Bitcoin will cease its operations on 30 October at 12 noon Beijing time.

1. 平台数字资产及人民帀的最终提现截止时间为10月30日中午12:00，请您尽快提现。
1. The deadline for the final withdrawal of the Platform's digital assets and the People's Republic of China is 12 noon on 30 October, and you are requested to do so as soon as possible.
2. 比特币中国自第一天建立起就坚持实施100%准备金制度, 确保用户资产安全。用户所有提现操作（包括人民币、比特币、莱特币、以太坊等）都将在72小时内完成处理，请您谅解并耐心等待。

实际上，在上月月初，央行等七部委联合发布关于防范代币发行融资风险的公告，要求各类代币发行融资活动应当立即停止。这意味着比特币换成钱不能再通过公开的、规模比较大的交易所进行，只能通过一些比较隐秘的、私下的渠道进行交易。
Indeed, at the beginning of last month, the Central Bank and seven other ministries issued a joint bulletin on protection against the risk of financing the issuance of money in currencies, demanding that the financing of various currencies should cease immediately. This means that Bitcoins can no longer be exchanged for money through open, larger exchanges, but only through more secret, private channels.
此举是否会封禁比特币呢？目前来看，比特币只是被限制，并没有被封禁。大交易所无法再提供比特币的兑现服务，意味着比特币的兑现将转入地下，而比特币网络也越来越接近暗网。
So far, Bitcoin has been restricted and not banned. Big exchanges can no longer deliver bitcoin, meaning that bitcoin is going underground, and Bitcoin’s network is getting closer to the dark net.
所谓暗网，指的是通过特殊协议组建的网络，这类网络需要用特制的客户端才能访问，并不像HTTP网络那样公诸于众。比特币网络在一定程度上，符合暗网的特征，它需要比特币钱包客户端才能访问，通过特殊的协议实现比特币交易功能。当然，比特币网络并不像很多暗网一样，带有信息发布等功能，不过它的构成的确是很接近暗网的。
The so-called dark network refers to a network formed by special agreements, which requires special client access and is not made public as HTTP. The Bitcoin network, to a certain extent, corresponds to the features of the dark web, requires a bitcoin wallet client to access it and achieves bitcoin trading functions through special agreements. Of course, the Bitcoin network does not have features like many dark webs, such as information distribution, but it is very close to the dark web.

想要封禁这类网络，具有一定的技术难度，但也并非不能封禁。例如，世界上最著名的匿名代理网络Tor，就可以通过一些技术手段进行封锁。但是，这类网络往往是全球性的，只需要客户端就可以组建，不需要服务器，某个国家地区封禁了，也可以在其他国家地区使用。只要不是全球都封禁比特币网络，那么比特币就不会被彻底封禁。但无论如何，对于普通人来说，比特币市场风险太大，一定要三思而后行，谨慎投资才不会追悔莫及。
It is technically difficult to block such networks, but it is not impossible to block them. For example, the world’s most famous anonymous proxy network, Tor, can block them by some technical means.
