Most of the financial transactions on the Internet are currently carried out exclusively through third-party services, mainly Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and other banking institutions. The core foundation of this system is Trust . We trust these institutions to store and authenticate and process our electronic payment information at . These institutions have taken various measures to mediate the costs of maintaining trust systems, which in turn have increased the transaction costs of financial networks. These measures have prevented equitable participation in the economic activities of individuals and enterprises, either by refusing to participate, requiring identification, or by other unfair practices. The Bitcoin plan that was proposed in 2009 was considered to be the first digitized and decentralized currency based on mathematics rather than trust. Bitcoin was a point-to-point network , which meant that transactions took place directly between users and there were no trusted third parties. It was a decentralized , meaning that no one controls the system and everyone can participate openly. It was the scarce number, which meant that no one could copy and spend the same coin twice. These technologies were unprecedented in the area of computer science at the time, and the combination of revolutionary inventions made it possible to create a decentralized point-to-point currency? The transaction is a request to transfer $X from A to B. The system completes the process by reducing the A balance and increasing the B balance by $X. In the banking system, it is easy to execute and maintain. Whenever a user tries to spend money, the network checks whether the user has the required balance. If so, it deducts the amount from their account. If not, the network is not allowed to trade because of insufficient balance. What's the deal in the Bitcoin Network? Because of the nature of the network, transactions are not straightforward in decentralized networks. In a decentralized network, no “machine” has absolute truth. Each machine in the network has its own version of the truth, and they find a consensus on one of them.
The Bitcoin network uses a distributed node network* to verify transactions by using cryptography and the public distribution account book known as the block chain. The block chain is a public balance sheet that records all transactions that have occurred in bitcoins. This means that all participating nodes in the network maintain copies of the block chain and agree together on a set of updates to the block chain. * = computers and/or machines involved in the network. Blocks are copied by all nodes in the network, and it looks like this: Technically, the transaction takes place between the Bitcoin address, not the user. The Bitcoin address is a long series of alphanumeric characters with the relevant public/private key pair. Consider the private key as the actual password you only know. Digital signatures can only be generated using this key and used to prove the ownership of the transaction. More later. In order to maintain the integrity of the network, a group of transactions (referred to as - block) is “accepted” or “recognized” and added to the block chain. The accepted block is released to the network and the loop continues.
In a medical examination, the signature verifies the ownership and validity of the transaction. It proves that the owner wrote the cheque and is willing to transfer the money from his account to the payee. In the Bitcoin network, however, the owner transfers the coins by digital signature and attachment to the transaction. The digital signature looks like this: The payee can verify the signature by using encryption magic. But the problem is that the payee wants to verify whether the payer has spent twice the coin promised to him, that is, the coin. The payee needs to prove that, at the time of the transaction, his transaction was the first one, and other transactions should be dealt with in the correct order. If the payer tries more than once to use the “same” coin, the system should reject them. The Bitcoin network solves the problem by using the block chain and the consensus process known as We know that the nodes in the network know everything, and they all have a historical record. The work proves that the nodes are expected to consume energy to update the block chain. The use of electricity is a way of proving that they have done their job to get results. They solve a difficult (but feasible) calculation problem, which can soon be verified, but it is very time-consuming to produce. This means that if nodes want to be malignly updated in the block chain, nodes will have to consume energy. Their computing resources must be higher than all honest nodes in the network. This is almost impossible in mathematics. What's the hard question to calculate? The newly formed blocks contain the random value of . A random number is a number that produces the “specific output” desired by the network when going hash with the block. The system requires a constant hash to receive a certain number of lead zeros.
Could not close temporary folder: %s Because the SHA256 hash function is a total pseudo-random function, the only way to create a block is by using a test error method of random numbers. The process of validation using random numbers is easy to verify, but it is almost impossible to predict random values. The average workload required is twice as difficult for more zeros. The first node of the nonce value is found to broadcast it to the network and start working on the next block of the chain. Sometimes there are multiple nodes that find the right hash, or the new node does not reach all the nodes of the network. This leads to the creation of multiple branches simultaneously. It looks like this: 采矿期间创建了几个分支 Several branches were created during mining. The proof of work indicates that the longest chain has the largest amount of work on CPU energy. So, as long as the node receives the longest branch block, it ignores all the shorter branches and starts working on the new block. Note: Node will always select the first block to be received from another node and keep the other block in its cache. Mining is a process of repeatedly collecting and validating and updating broadcasting transactions in a growing block chain to ensure that everyone agrees to the order of the transaction. Miners, the nodes in the network, are miners who maintain the consistency and safety of the block chain. Note that miners are different from those who use the Bitcoin network to transmit bitcoin (e.g., you and me). The Merkel tree is a two-fork tree with data at the leaves node. The middle node consists of two children's hash. Hashi spreads up to the top of the tree, which helps to verify fraud, because a small change in the data will change the Hash at all the nodes above. The Merkel tree provides a very effective way to determine whether a block is different from the rest of the chain. Another protocol called , SPV, downloads only blocks and branches of the affairs associated with them. It helps to ensure the safety of the block chain and provides balance by downloading a small fraction of the block chain. The White Paper on Bitcoin proposes a unique revolutionary system for electronic payment transactions without a credible third party. The node network with its own history of transactions - block chains - preserves system coherence; digital signatures authorize transactions and ownership; and work certification security and prevents the aggressor from arithmeticizing the history of the transaction.
