为落实9月4日中国人民银行等七部委发布的《关于防范代帀发行融
资风险的公告》精神，积极响应国家监管，比特币中国将于北京时间9月27日中午12：00关闭数字资产和人民帀充值功能，并将于9月30日中午12：00停止所有交易业务。
In keeping with the spirit of the Circular on the Prevention of the Risk of
Financing, issued on 4 September by seven ministries, including the People's Bank of China, and responding positively to State supervision, Bitcoin will close digital assets and people's surcharge functions on 27 September Beijing time at 12 noon and will cease all trading operations on 30 September at 12 noon.
1. 平台上所有资产(包括人民币和数字资产)的充值功能将于9月27日中午12：00关闭，请用户不要在此时间点之后进行资产充值，否则无法入账;
1. The replenishment function of all assets on the platform, including the renminbi and digital assets, will be closed on 27 September at 12 noon, and users are requested not to do so after this point in time, otherwise they will not be able to account for it;
2. 比特币中国将按照9月14日公告所示，准时在9月30日中午12：00关停一切交易，包括人民币和数字资产的交易，以及币币交易;
2. Bitcoin China will close all transactions, including RMB and digital assets, as well as currency transactions, on time and at 12 noon on 30 September, as indicated in the 14 September announcement;
3. 平台数字资产及人民帀的最终提现截止时间为10月30日中午12：00;用户如不想保留数字资产，请尽快兑换成人民币再进行提现;
3. The deadline for the final withdrawal of the platform's digital assets and the popular enthusiasts is 12 noon on 30 October; if the user does not wish to retain the digital assets, please convert them into renminbi and then withdraw them as soon as possible;
4. 比特币中国自第一天建立起就坚持实施100%准备金制度，
确保用户资产安全。用户所有提现搡作(包括人民币、比特币、莱特币、以太坊等)都将在72小时内完成处理，请您谅解并耐心等待。
After the first day of its existence, Bitcoin has maintained a 100% reserve system,
ensuring the safety of the user’s assets.
5. 比特帀中国的矿池(国池)等业务将不受此影响，继续正常运营。
5. Operations such as the pits (national ponds) in Bitjian, China, will remain unaffected and will continue to operate normally.
