　　近日，由中国信息通信研究院（以下简称“中国信通院”）、中国通信标准化协会、可信区块链推进计划共同主办的“2020可信区块链峰会”在京举行。会上，中国信通院副总工程师史德年发布《区块链白皮书(2020年)》。我国区块链产业发展与全球其他国家基本保持同步水平，备案企业主要分布在金融、溯源等应用领域，在地域上主要集中在北京、广东、上海、浙江。

Recently, the China Institute for Information and Communication Technology (hereinafter & ldquo; China Institute of Information and Communications Technology & rdquo;), the China Association for Standardization of Communications and the Credible Block Chain Promotion Programme, & & & rdquo; and held in Kyoto. At the meeting, China’s Deputy Chief Engineer, ICAC, Shide, published the White Paper on the Block Chain 2020. The development of the sector chain industry is largely synchronized with other countries around the globe, with record-keeping enterprises located mainly in the areas of finance, traceability and mainly concentrated in Beijing, Guangdong, Shanghai, Xijiang.

　　目前区块链技术架构保持稳定，步入技术优化改进期。据了解，联盟链技术已经逐步支持大规模场景应用需求，读写吞吐量、延迟性方面性能逐年提升，未来联盟链将沿着更快速、更庞大、更互通、更安全、更可控的方向演进。

The current technical architecture of the block chain is stable and is entering a period of technological optimization. It is understood that the coalition chain technology has gradually supported the need for large-scale scenario applications, with reading and writing throughput and delayed behaviour increasing from year to year, and that the future alliance chain will evolve in a faster, larger, more interoperable, safer and more manageable direction.

　　我国区块链项目以行业建链为主，存在重复建设、互通难的问题，未来区块链发展面临三方面挑战：一是技术自主创新有待突破。区块链系统会遇到性能、安全性、分布式三方因素的平衡难题，区块链跨链互通不仅涉及到数据的可信交互，还需要实现身份互认、共识转换和治理协同。二是区块链应用模式与路径仍需探索。公众对区块链重要性认知不足、技术不成熟制约商业应用落地，龙头企业带动效应尚未凸显。三是仍需探讨一个合理的组织形态，使得区块链各参与方利益相关、协同参与，共同推动平台建设。

Our block chain project , which focuses on the industrial chain , has problems of duplication and interconnectivity, and future block chain development faces three challenges: first, technological innovation has yet to be broken. Block chain systems will encounter balancing challenges of performance, security, distributional triangulation, interlinking not only involves credible interaction of data, but also mutual recognition, consensus transformation and governance synergies. Second, the modalities and pathways for the use of block chains still need to be explored.

　　本白皮书在此前两年版本基础上，跟踪国内外区块链发展最新动态，梳理区块链技术和产业图谱，全景呈现国内外区块链技术产业动态和发展趋势，探究区块链联盟生态治理模式，剖析面临的挑战，提出了下一步发展的相关建议。

On the basis of the previous two-year editions, the White Paper follows the latest developments in the development of the internal and external block chain, collating the technology and industry profile of the block chain, providing an overview of the dynamics and development of the technology industry of the internal and external block chain, exploring the ecological governance model of the block chain alliance, analysing the challenges faced and making relevant recommendations for the way forward.
