昨日下午，OKEx针对此前用户线下维权问题向同步财经回应称，OKEx提供的合约交易不属于期货交易，OKEx在旗下业务交易中不存在任何官方机器人。
Yesterday afternoon, OKEx responded to the Synchronous Finances regarding the maintenance of rights under previous user lines, stating that the contract transactions offered by OKEx were not futures transactions and that there were no official robots in the operations under the flag.
同时，OKEX称不会响应任何以非法名义要求补偿投资损失的訴求。OKEx已与政府部门沟通，将认真对待客户投诉问题。
At the same time, OKEX claims that it will not respond to any claim for compensation for investment losses in the name of illegality.

近日，有數名OKEx客戶到北京樂酷達網絡科技有限公司（以下簡稱：樂酷達公司）進行投訴，導致壹些不符合事實的消息在網上流傳，針對具體問題OKEx回復如下：
In recent days, a number of OKEx clients have filed a complaint with Lecúda CyberTech Ltd. in Beijing (Supremely known as Lecupta), which has led to the circulation of false information on the Internet, echoing the following specific questions:
1、涉及投訴的OKEx和中國公司樂酷達網絡科技有限公司的關系：樂酷達是純中國團隊，OKEx是國際團隊， OKEx公司註冊地在伯麗茲，所有董事都是國際團隊，辦公室在香港和美國；
1. The relationship between OKEx and the Chinese company Rakuda CyberTech Ltd., which is a complaint: Rakuda is a purely Chinese team, OKEx is an international team, OKEx is registered in Belize, and all directors are international teams, with offices in Hong Kong and the United States.
2、OKEx法律團隊認為平臺的比特幣虛擬合約業務不屬於傳統期貨，交易過程沒有法幣，屬於幣幣兌換，不符合傳統期貨定義，用戶和OKEx公司之間也沒有資金往來。

The OKEx legal team concluded that the platform's virtual contract of Bitcoins did not belong to traditional goods, that there was no French currency in the course of the transaction, that it belonged to currency swaps, that it was not consistent with the traditional definition of futures, and that there was no money between the user and the OKEx company.
3、OKEx主要針對國際市場和海外華人市場，並不針對中國市場，OKEx合約已經增加了用戶風險評測，不允許普通用戶參與虛擬合約業務。

4、OKEx公司尊重每壹位客戶，對任何壹位客戶的投訴都會認真對待，做好服務溝通工作，但不會響應任何以非法名義要求補償投資損失的訴求。

5、OKEx作為平臺，從未參與任何交易，所有的交易都是用戶之間進行，OKEx平臺很多量化交易的用戶采用api交易，不存在任何官方機器人。

6、相關政府管理部門與北京樂酷達網絡科技有限公司溝通後，表示對於此類的客戶投訴，希望公司認真對待、細心解釋，做好與客戶的溝通工作。
