曾经最早建立、最知名的比特币交易平台Mt.Gox于昨日关闭网站，随后市场关于其破产的消息满天飞，而这一消息也引发国内市场恐慌，受此影响，国内比特币价格一度暴跌13%。

北京商报记者于昨日14时登录Mt.Gox的官方网站，该网站已经变成空白，同时该公司的官方Twitter账号同样删除了所有内容。消息一经传出，包括比特币中国在内的全球6家交易网站专门就“Mt.Gox破产”在昨日发表了联合声明来安抚投资者，不过比特币价格仍出现了暴跌。

昨日，国内的比特币价格一度从接近3600元跌至3050元，跌幅高达13%。昨日15时左右，国内比特币价格跌到3050元低点，之后开始回升，截至昨日18时30分，比特币中国的价格为3330元。

Mt.Gox平台的关门或与比特币平台技术漏洞有关。据了解，Mt.Gox此前一直面临一系列长期的技术问题。而这些问题去年夏季就已开始出现，当时Mt.Gox暂停了客户提取美元。今年2月7日， Mt.Gox比特币交易平台对外表示，由于软件故障暂停比特币提现。2月10日，Mt.Gox发布公告称恢复提取现金，但停止提取比特币；随后又公告称“比特币存在漏洞”，导致其提现出现双重交易，因此暂停了提取比特币。
The closure of the Mt. Gox platform or its connection to the Bitcoin technology gap was known to have been facing a series of long-standing technical problems that Mt. 由于技术漏洞的影响，Mt.Gox平台的比特币价格相较别的平台已经出现了扭曲，这也是导致平台最终走向破产之路的导火索。前几日，Mt.Gox的比特币价格一直在200美元附近徘徊，而其他的交易平台，比特币价格均在500多美元。世元金行高级研究员肖磊向北京商报记者表示，Mt.Gox平台的比特币价格出现扭曲导致交易量大幅下降，平台收益无法维持公司运转，因此关门是必然的。

实际上技术漏洞并不只存在于Mt.Gox平台，国内平台也存在安全风险。Mt.Gox曾在发表的声明中称：“比特币软件中存在一个漏洞，黑客可以利用该漏洞修改交易信息，比如让一个本来已经发生的比特币交易看起来像没发生。这会导致系统重新发送比特币。” 此前，国内目前交易量最大的火币网也曾出现或遭遇黑客袭击导致网页崩溃的情况。肖磊表示，目前来看国内的平台并不能避免出现类似技术漏洞。

肖磊呼吁，监管层应该考虑转变对比特币平台的态度，既然封杀不住，还不如通过加强监管去规范它，否则受伤的是投资者。“比特币要在中国得到发展，监管是最基本的前提，对保证金、注册机制、备用金、信息透明、破产程序等做出规范，不然投资者承受的是非常大的风险，交易平台承受的是非常小的风险。”肖磊强调道。
“Bitco’s development in China is the most basic prerequisite for regulating bonds, registration mechanisms, reserves, transparency of information, insolvency proceedings, etc. Otherwise, investors will be exposed to very high risks, and trading platforms will be exposed to very small risks.” Shaw emphasized.
兴业银行资深贵金属研究员蒋舒在接受北京商报记者采访时表示，技术漏洞至少动摇了投资者的信心，导致了国内比特币价格出现暴跌，这也说明比特币平台并不是绝对安全的。对于国内的投资者来说，虽然目前的投资渠道有限，但还是要保持清醒的头脑，选择正规的投资渠道。
In an interview with a reporter from the Beijing Business Journal, Chiang Shu, a senior metal researcher from the Henging Bank, said that the technology gap had at least shaken investors’ confidence, leading to a sharp fall in domestic bitcoin prices, which also showed that the Bitcoin platform was not entirely secure. For domestic investors, although current investment channels were limited, it was important to keep a clear mind and choose formal sources of investment.
