伴随着互联网金融飞速发展，一些不法分子打着“金融创新”“区块链”的旗号，通过炒作“虚拟货币”“虚拟资产”“数字资产”等概念非法吸收公众资金，然而，这些活动实质上是以炒作区块链概念进行的非法集资！
Along with the rapid financial development of the Internet, some outlaws illegally absorb public funds through such concepts as “virtual currency” “virtual assets” and “digital assets” under the banner of “financial innovation” “block chains”, although these activities are essentially illegal fund-raising under the “block chain” concept!
法律规定

中国人民银行、中央网信办等十部门联合印发的《关于进一步防范和处置虚拟货币交易炒作风险的通知》规定，虚拟货币相关业务活动属于非法金融活动。国家网信办督促指导主要网站平台切实落实主体责任，持续保持对虚拟货币交易炒作高压打击态势，加大对诱导虚拟货币投资等信息内容和账号自查自纠力度。微博、百度等网站平台根据用户协议，关闭1.2万个违规用户账号，违规信息5.1万余条。网信部门约谈涉虚拟货币宣传炒作的经营主体500余家次，对105家违法违规网站平台，会同相关部门依法予以关闭。
The circular issued jointly by the People’s Bank of China and the Central Networked Information Office, among others, stipulates that virtual currency-related operations are illegal financial activities. The National Networking Office urges the main website platforms to guide the effective implementation of corporate responsibility, maintain a high-pressure campaign against virtual currency transactions, and increase self-censorship of information content and accounts such as inducements for virtual currency investments. The web platforms, such as Weibo and 100, close 12,000 non-compliance user accounts and over 51,000 non-compliance messages, in accordance with user agreements.
