最近接手了一个NFT的项目，所以自己查阅了一些资料，过程中发现自己原先了解的NFT和国内的NFT其实是两种东西，所以想通过文章和大家分享一下，也希望可以帮大家对NFT有个更清晰的认识。

NFT，全称为Non-Fungible Token，指非同质化代币。

代币通常需要以金钱换取，用在商店、游乐场、大众运输工具等地方，做为凭证以使用服务、换取物品等。所以有的地方也将“token”翻译为通证。比特币、狗狗等币属于数字代币，但是现在国内明确规定，任何数字代币不可以直接与人民币进行交易。

少了这么多NFT本该具备的属性，那国内的NFT其实就不是NFT了。造成这种显现的很大原因是国内明确禁止虚拟货币的交易，因此国内的NFT更多地被称为“数字藏品”或者“数字权益”，弱化其交易属性，突出确权收藏的功能。

和国内其他平台发行的数字藏品相比，小红书发行的大部分数字藏品附带有与展示图一致的实体商品，用户除了线上拥有一份数字藏品外，现实生活中也能收到例如画作、雕像、玩偶等实体商品，这在国内平台中较为少见。在观赏之余，数字藏品的可玩性大大增强。同时小红书的藏品更像是潮流手办，偏爱酸性设计，设计感十足。

据新华社北京5月22日电，近日，中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了《关于推进实施国家文化数字化战略的意见》（以下简称《意见》），并发出通知，要求各地区各部门结合实际认真贯彻落实。这一文件，让不少数字藏品行业从业人员欣喜不已，认为“二级市场”全面开放时机已到。
According to Xinhua Society Beijing, on 22 May, the Central Office of the Communist Party of China and the Office of the State Council recently issued an Opinion on Promoting the Implementation of the National Strategy for the Digitalization of Culture (hereinafter referred to as " the Opinion " ) and issued a circular requiring all sectors of the region to implement it carefully and in a practical manner. This document has encouraged a number of practitioners in the digital collection industry to feel that the time has come for a full opening of the secondary market.
其中提到了几个关键信息，包括鼓励依托国家专网搭建数据平台，加快文化数据的加工、交易，提供支付结算服务等。
Several key messages were mentioned, including encouraging the development of data platforms based on national networks, accelerating the processing of cultural data, trading and the provision of payment settlement services.
不过文件提到的数据交易并不意味着数字藏品二级市场放开，数字藏品二级市场交易，从现有法律法规而言，并非完全不可，但应严格遵守国务院、国务院办公厅分别于2011年11月、2012年7月发布的38号文、37号文的合规要求，严格将数字藏品约束在商品属性范畴。
However, the data transactions referred to in the document do not imply the liberalization of the secondary market for digital collections. The cross-border combination of “real economy + digital collections” is beneficial for traditional market mechanisms and ecological construction, creating more applications that can carry Chinese culture out of the country. The market for our digital collections is still at the entry stage, but time and law will push it forward to maturity.
