其实区块链链在全球的快速发展始于2012年，那时全球区块链企业数量以超过65.2%的复合增长率快速增长，截至2016年底，全球有753家企业参与区块链产业。之后随着比特币、以太坊等为代表的数字货币价格暴涨，2017年初，一夜暴富的神话开始吸引越来越多的人和企业卷入到代币投资热潮中。同年3月，token发行融资额度，也就是ICO，出现爆发式增长，许多token的百倍涨幅带火了数字货币市场。
