　　杨曜睿将创业领域锁定在比特币领域，其实有着很大的偶然性。今年5月，他在某家科技网站上看到了一篇详细介绍比特币的文章，之后就想买一台挖矿机，但是找了多个渠道之后发现，根本就买不到矿机。

　　“我搜索相关信息之后发现，作为普通散户，根本就没有靠谱的渠道买到挖矿机。” 杨曜睿一句话直指目前矿机市场的混乱，“这个市场上有很多不靠谱的‘期货’矿机。”

　　全球接受订单最多的比特币挖矿机公司的是美国蝴蝶实验室(Butterfly Labs)。这家公司以很低的价格出售矿机，但并不给出确定的发货时间。换句话说，购买者根本在付款之后，仍然无法确定是否能够买到矿机。

The world’s largest recipient of orders is the United States Butterfly Labs, a company that sells miners at very low prices, but does not give a definite time for delivery. In other words, buyers are still not sure if they can buy miners after paying for them.

　　但由于买到矿机后很容易回本、赚钱，所以还是有不少人希望自己成为幸运儿，大胆付款预定。杨曜睿显然不看好这样的运作模式，他说，“网上有很多不靠谱的厂商，只是偶尔出货一两台矿机。很多人拿到矿机就类似中了彩票。”

But because it's easy to buy a mine and make money, a lot of people want to be lucky and pay their bills. Yang Xing-yian obviously doesn't like the way things work, he says, "There's a lot of out-of-the-books on the Internet, just occasionally one or two machines. Many people get the machines and they win the lottery."

　　据杨曜睿介绍，另外两家有实力制造挖矿机的团队都来自中国，分别是深圳的烤猫采矿公司和北京的Avalon(阿瓦隆)公司。但是烤猫公司只出售少量矿机，这家公司主要向购买者出售公司股份，然后把挖出来的比特币按照持股进行股票分红，同时股票可以自由转让。而Avalon在出售了一批矿机之后，已经决定主要专注Avalon芯片的研发和生产。

　　杨曜睿说，他没有向周围的人作咨询，就直接开始推进这个项目。“只有眼光和想法和大多数人都不一样，才能看到机会。但是看到机会，也要看是否有能力把握机会，是否有胆量承担风险去创业。”杨曜睿坦承，ASICME团队做比特币矿机还是承担了很大的风险。

　　杨曜睿所谓的风险，其实是指Avalon芯片可能不能如期到货，因为这款芯片的生产和开发不掌握在自己手中。Avalon芯片由网名是“南瓜张”的人开发，这位神秘人物原本是北京航空航天大学计算机专业的博士生，而能不能拿到芯片，则要看“南瓜张”。

Yang’s so-called risk is that the Avalon chip may not arrive on time, because it is not in his own hands to produce and develop. The Avalon chip was developed by a man named Pumpkin, who was originally a Ph.D. student in computer science at Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and whose access to the chip depends on Pumpkin.

　　杨曜睿表示，“南瓜张”的芯片会有跳票的可能性，而最坏的情况下，如果他携款跳票，ASICME团队因为已经将80%的货款花在芯片预订、产品研发等方面，将会承担部分风险，补偿用户20%的款项。不过，杨曜睿似乎对此并不担心。他说，“比特币圈子里信誉和名声很重要，如果逃跑，以后将无法再在这个圈子混，而且南瓜张卖芯片有100倍的利润，犯不着为了1%的芯片成本卷款逃跑。”

He said, “The credibility and reputation in the Bitcoin circle are important, and it will not be possible to mix in the circle afterwards if he escapes, and the pumpkin has a 100-fold profit in selling chips, so that he will not run away for 1% of the chip's cost roll.”

　　目前，杨曜睿的团队已经拿到了Avalon测试芯片，并且成功制造出自己研发的挖矿机。目前，他们在等待“南瓜张”7月份发货的首批芯片。据杨曜睿表示，他们已经订购了4万多片Avalon芯片，在拿到芯片后，他们能在15-20天内组装出矿机，并向首批购买者发货。

　　杨曜睿清晰地记得，ASICME淘宝商店首日上线的情景。他作为客服人员，在网上售卖了20个小时的挖矿机，首日售额近10万元，自己回复买家的好评，点到手指僵硬。

　　由于比特币的发行量每4年减半，且挖矿人数越来越多，单个矿机能够挖到的比特币已经越来越困难。杨曜睿透露，ASICME团队很快将推出一揽子的矿机托管服务，而ASICME将收取5%左右的分成。在这个方案中，用户只需要把矿机托管在ASICME的机房里，安全、电源、噪音等问题都不用操心，可以按周或者按月，甚至随时结算矿机挖出的比特币。

　　杨曜睿说，他会把比特币矿机作为一个长期项目做下去，理由也很简单。他认为，虚拟货币的趋势不可阻挡，而比特币的设计机制、安全性、交易方便等特性，使得它现在是虚拟货币的主导力量，未来也最有可能继续充当虚拟货币的主导力量。日前，国外已经有多个商家宣布支持比特币支付。

　　但他认为，虽然目前比特币还在价格的上升期，但是未来几年后可能会达到瓶颈。这主要是因为，随着挖矿难度的增加，挖矿收益可能会与电力、人力等成本达到一种动态平衡。

He argues, however, that while bitcoin is currently in a period of price rises, it may become a bottleneck in the coming years. This is mainly because, as mining becomes more difficult, mining returns may strike a dynamic balance with electricity, manpower, and so on.

　　不过，杨曜睿坚持认为，普通人现在进入比特币挖矿行业仍然是一个好生意。按照ASICME团队公布的矿机参数，一台售价3000元的最低配置挖矿机，按照现在的比特币挖矿速度，30多天便可以回本。

However, Yang Xiaojiang insists that ordinary people now enter the Bitcoin mining industry is still a good business. 　　日前，ASICME团队已经获得了比特币行业知名人士李笑来的投资。据公开资料显示，　李笑来曾担任新东方教师，是中国较早接触和投资比特币的人之一，现在持有大量比特币。因为比特币的价值暴涨，获益颇丰。杨曜睿透露，李笑来占了不小的股份，但给了ASICME一个很好的估值。

Formerly, the ASICME team has received investment from a prominent Bitcoin trader, Li laughter. According to public sources, Li was a teacher in the new East, one of China’s early contacts and investments in Bitcoin, and now holds a large amount of bitcoins.
