The Japanese data-currency exchange Bitpoint, which has been approved by government departments, has been expanding abroad and is now market-opening in five countries, with the programme expanding business processes to a large number of countries in the near future, with the overall goal of creating a worldwide Internet for data-currency transactions.

Bitpoint Singapore, located in the capital, Kuala Lumpur, announced its operation, showing the spot market and leverage stock. The spot market service fee was 0.5%, and the leverage stock was zero. During the opening period, the online charging and taking of Linget (Singapore currency symbols) was completely free. The trading centre said that you would show two times, five times, ten times and twenty-five times the bar.
该交易中心适用五种虚拟货币：BTC、以太币、比特现钱、莱特币和瑞波币。Bitpoint日本国表明，“可能为Bitpoint新加坡出示系统软件和流通性层面的适用”。
The trading centre applies five virtual currencies: BTC, Ether, Bitcoin, Lightcoin, and Ribot. Bitpoint states that “it is possible to present the application of system software and liquidity for BitPoint Singapore”.

除开新加坡和日本国，Bitpoint在首尔、中国台湾和中国香港也进行了业务流程。上年7月该交易中心还方案在中国内地开拓市场，但没多久中央政府就关掉了中国全部的数字货币交易中心。
In addition to Singapore and Japan, Bitpoint has business processes in Seoul, Taiwan, China, and Hong Kong, China. In July of last year, the trading center also managed to open markets in the Mainland, but the central government shut down all of China’s digital currency trading centres.

自打日本国广火爆的交易中心Coincheck发生了黑客入侵恶性事件，FSA提升了对数据数字货币的监管。本国如今依然仅有16家持照交易中心，近期这16家交易中心创立了一个自我约束机构，着眼于复建群众对数字货币制造行业的信赖。
Since then, the country’s hot trading center, Coincheck, has experienced a vicious hacking incident, and the FSA has increased its surveillance of digital money. There are still only 16 licensed trading centres in the country, and these 16 recently created a self-restraint agency aimed at restoring popular trust in the digital money manufacturing industry.
但是16家准营运商里只剩8家，准营运商指的是这些申请办理仍待FSA审批但批准再次运营的交易中心。该组织近期表露，别的8家交易中心表明要撤销她们的申请办理。
However, there are only eight of the 16 quasi-operators whose applications are still pending with the FSA but are authorized to operate again.

In addition, the Financial Services Department has confirmed that more than 100 enterprises that include yahoo and chatting using LineCorp, the operator, want to enter the industry.
