More recently, the hacker attack has triggered a boom in the global block chain media, and there are a lot of reports on the web that the WBF has hired large numbers of marine troops in China, issued false information and attacked such irregularities as the PLUS Token block chain project in Korea; and led the global PLUS 4 million users group to sue the WBF. So, let's go and see what the WBF is up to.

为何要说EBF是骗子交易公司呢？这还要从公司的注册信息资料开始说起，其实赵胜的WBF是一个在美国纽约州注册的非营利机构，而公司成立的目的就是根据非营利性公司法组织公司作为慈善公司的任何目的。
Why should the EBF be a fraud-trading company? Simply put, it is a profit-making institution that cheats people under cover, and it uses all kinds of deception and irregularities to achieve its purpose.

除了网友爆料WBF赵胜雇佣中国国内的大量水军，发布虚假信息（网页上都可搜索到 )等违规操作外。在PLUS TOKEN区块链项目上WBF赵胜为了让自己不受牵连，公然卸任WBF董事长的职位；且在2019年6月29日宣布和PLUS TOKEN只有冠名关系，此外没有任何合作关系！而此举极大了加速了市场的恐慌， 给PLUS TOKEN的项目方和用户带来了巨大的压力。从而导致后来全球400万的PLUS 用户集体进行诉讼WBF，本是同根生相煎何太急！！！
With the exception of web-based footage of the WBF’s hiring of large numbers of Chinese marines, and the posting of false information (which can be searched on the web site) and other irregularities. On the PLUS TOKEEN block chain project, the WB’s team of 4 million PLU’s users publicly dismissed the WBF as chairman; and on June 29, 2019, they announced that PLUS Token had only a name, and that there was no partnership!
除PLUS TOKEN区块链项目打着WBF赵胜的旗号跑路外（尽管wbf不断撇清关系，但确实存在），而旗下CLOUDTOKEN的模式也是不合法的资金盘，不想受到崩盘而给WBF带去影响，也在六月份对CLOUDTOKEN宣传的RONALD AA做了解除劳动关系声明。虽然WBF对PLUS TOKEN和CLOUDTOKEN声明内容不同，但是其本质都是一样的。
Apart from the PLUS TOKEEN block chain project, which runs under the WBF’s flag (even though wbf continues to clear the relationship, it does exist), the model of the CLOUDTOKEN under the banner is also an illegitimate source of money and does not want to be affected by the crash to bring it to the WBF. In June, the RONALD AA, which is promoted by CLOUDTOKEN, made a statement on the dissolution of labour relations.
或许WBF是想在PLUS TOKEN和CLOUDTOKEN两者中间扮演币圈人心中合法合规的交易平台，并让用户们觉得WBF能带着大家迎接天堂，后续再进行割韭菜，只可惜算盘打错了。用户们提前认清了他的嘴脸，庆幸没有成为任WBF宰杀的韭菜和小白。
Perhaps the WBF is trying to play a legitimate business platform between PLUS TOKEEN and CLOUDTOKEN, and to make users think that the WBF can take everyone to heaven and then cut vegetables, but it's a mistake. Users recognize his face well in advance, fortunately not to be the pickles and whites that the WBF kills.
